Hili Cohen-Whelan has gained over 19 years of experience in the beauty industry in Israel and Los Angeles. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Her outstanding results throughout her storied career have led to referrals from both plastic and general surgeons, earning her an unparalleled reputation amongst her peers. A professional permanent makeup artist and skin care expert, Hili specializes in scar revision to help minimize the appearance of scarring post surgery.

Hili began her career in Tel Aviv, working for a highly successful plastic surgeon, specializing in Microdermabrasion, facial treatments, and herbal peels. After moving to Los Angeles in 1999, Hili worked at Face and Body Spa in Brentwood, eventually moving to the world class Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. Ms. Cohen-Whelan spent five years at the Peninsula Spa, developing an exclusive following in the only Five Star Five Diamond hotel in California. Hili consistently led in retail sales, responsible for building a solid team and inspiring future sales and revenue growth for the spa. In 2005, Ms. Cohen-Whelan’s career journeying back to the plastic surgery world, working closely with world class plastic surgeons throughout Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, performing medical facials before and after surgical procedures, as well as chemical and herbal peels, and reconstructive and beauty permanent makeup. Hili was featured on KCAL 9′s “Lisa’s It List” with her revolutionary shiatsu facial series.
